This role required me to be flexible and take on several different roles.Core RoleMy core role was interacting with customers via email and social media in English, Brazilian and Spanish.I answered incoming customer emails regarding payment issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns.Within my customer language group, I had a vital impact the company's bottom line by problem solving and turning frustrated clients into repeat customers.Website TranslationsDue to my wide language skills, I was assigned responsibility for all translations for the Spanish and Brazilian versions of the website.
