I led a fantastic and highly capable team engaged in multiple facets of our marketing organizations’ accountabilities which includes strategic initiatives, budget development, and overall team management. Metrics and further details can be provided upon request.In Product Development, my group launched and maintained all “water-driven proportioning systems.” The product launch cycle is yearly to bi-yearly, so while new product development is critical, a majority of my time spent was spent on continual oversight of current, recently launched, and legacy products. In the past few years, we've done some pretty outstanding work, introducing new products that improve the way our customers do business, creating greater efficiencies for them, and improving worker safety.In Marketing Communications, our focus was on all messaging from DEMA to customers and media outlets. This includes web and print advertising, trade show presentation and staffing, customer newsletters and product update mailers, etc. We were also responsible for the successful development of new product literature, and videos both product and corporate. We focused on the latest trends in communication, always looking for new ways to interact with our customers. Finally, I oversaw our Sales Coordination team. Sales Coordinators work with Sales Managers and customers to implement projects, handle complaints, give on-site support to customers for their distribution programs.
