I have Federal Secret Clearance. I was a student at Belton-HoneaPath high School with experience in computer building, Networking, and Programming. I Joined the United States Army and began my journey as a Networking Operations Manager. I was Crossed Trained into the Helpdesk field and I was also responsible for signing for and maintaining thousands of dollars of equipment with no issue. I then began working at an MSP named Heritage Digital Inc and began learning and mastering skills I have Acquired from prior experience. I am experienced in troubleshooting, replacing, and configuring multiple kinds of switches, Routers, and Firewalls. I am also experienced in installations, troubleshooting, and security management of many different operating systems, servers, and workstations. This includes while in Military and while working for current company, Heritage Digital. Currently focusing on troubleshooting and maintenance of Fortinet equipment, and Office 365 administrative control (Azure, Entra, etc). Highly proficient in customer service Skills. I am Punctual, open minded to new ideas and methods regarding tasks that need to be finished, and I grasp onto new information very quickly.
