Worked primarily in the program area of international trade and development.• Managed a team of 10 researchers and program executives.• Managed grants, ensuring regular reporting to the donor agencies and strict adherence to the approved budgets.• Achieved timely delivery of 5 projects, and an average surplus of over 30%.• Designed and organized advocacy events in India and abroad. Organized 33 advocacy meetings in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal and India in just two months, reaching nearly 1,000 stakeholders.• Wrote proposals, briefing notes. Also contributed to publications.• Interacted with the multilateral funding bodies, donor agencies and governments on a regular basis.

EEPC India is the oldest and largest trade promotion organization in India, with nearly 13,000 engineering firms as its members. Joined as a Deputy Director in 2005. Promoted to Senior Deputy Director in 2010 and Joint Director in 2015.• Created a structured database and arranged for regular dissemination of market information to the exporter-members.• From 2008, looked after the international exhibitions.• Used to coordinate around 30 international exhibitions every year, including two exhibitions with close to 100 Indian companies participating.• Ensured at least 10% return on the larger events and 20% on the smaller ones.• Prepared proposals for funding from the Commerce Ministry for the international events.• Executed projects in collaboration with exhibition support service providers, organizers, Indian prospective participants, state governments, and business chambers and trade associations in India and the target countries.• Led a cross functional team of six spread across India.
