As a Community Justice Counselor in the Spokane Municipal Court system, the individual guides misdemeanant defendants and probationers through the legal process. They conduct assessments and investigations, gather relevant information, and prepare client reports. The counselor identifies client needs and develops individual case plans, offering recommendations in administrative and judicial hearings. Additionally, they provide information on court processes and available community services, monitor compliance with release conditions, and maintain case records. The counselor collaborates with various law enforcement, judicial, and community justice partners to fulfill their responsibilities effectively.

Responsible for planning, formulating, coordinating and directing all security operations at the GCPO. - Understands Security Force individual and team capabilities, will observe Security Force training, and participate in mobilization exercises, demonstrations, mock situations and other practical scenarios to assure a full awareness and knowledge of the Security Force's capabilities and limitations. - Responsible for ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are current, accurate and in place as well as ensuring all Security Force personnel understand and follow the SOPs. - Responsible for developing and submitting staffing and budget requests, both for personnel, salary and associated needs, and training requirements and associated costs. - Writes and revises position descriptions, interviews and selects personnel for vacant positions. Develops performance standards, rates employee performance and recognizes achievements by recommending and/or approving awards.

From 2009-2014, I provided aerial security via helicopter across the 13k acre area of responsibility across Montana guarding nuclear weapons. In this position, I was trained to be equivalent to a Special Weapons And Tactics (SWAT) team member. I was in charge of numerous programs such as training new recruits, teaching how to fire weapons and build explosives, integrate other agencies into our work environment to foster a greater team environment (weather personnel and helicopter pilots), and was responsible for the academics behind the nuclear enterprise for our specific job. From 2010-2015, I held numerous positions such as being a scheduler, armorer, and vehicle bay supervisor. As a scheduler, I deconflicted appointments for over 1300 personnel to streamline mission requirements. I updated promotions, demotions, outbound personnel, inbound, weapons qualifications, medical appointments, emergency leave, and sensitive materials handling.As an armorer, I took inventory of over 500k types of ammunition, explosives, weapon systems, and gear that was utilized in real time across our area of operation. I also maintained each weapon system and made sure they were functional. As a vehicle bay supervisor, I supervised my subordinates in ensuring all of our 200+ tactical up armored and soft vehicles were maintained, accounted for, and subject to maintenance when needed. From 2015 to 5 May 2020, I performed law enforcement duties for American personnel stationed in Japan. I also served on another SWAT team and trained our Japanese counterparts on base. I took an additional position serving as a Dorm Manager helping inbound personnel transition from the US to Japan and outbound personnel going from Japan to anywhere else in the world. This consisted of administrative work and custodial work for the buildings they lived in. I worked closely with civil engineers in planning and executing mission requirements.
