CurrentBraulio was born and raised in the City of Havana, Cuba, where he graduated and then worked as a Systems Analyst and Computer Programmer for over 12 years. He then lived in Italy (Terni), Spain (Madrid, Valencia) and Canada (Toronto). In 2001 he moved from Chicago to Southwest Florida, where he has lived ever since.A Realtor since 2005 and affiliated with the National Association of Realtors, Fort Myers and Cape Coral Association of Realtors, Florida Gulf Coast MLS, and licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation; also, Professional Photographer for Commercial and Residential Real Estate has enabled him to recognize what sellers expect and what buyers want to see when it comes to photographing properties.In 2019, Braulio joined the Local Real Estate family that was founded in 2018 by a team with over 40 years of experience, helping to sell over 500 properties in 2022 alone.His broker and support staff are always there for its customers, so that all transactions are completed successfully, and the seller and buyer meet their objectives.His company has a collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural environment, where multiple languages are spoken, including English, Spanish, Italian, German, and Portuguese.Braulio understands that selling or buying a home is more than just a transaction, it’s a life-changing experience.
