The Director of Technical Operations at FNLCR is responsible for all activities related to the technical operations contracted through the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research, (a Federally Funded Research and Development Center operated by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc.) in support of the National Cancer Institute's Center for Bioinformatics and Information Technologies (CBIIT). Responsibilities include but are not limited to the supervision of the activities performed by the Project Management Office, the Bioinformatics Development team, the Software Quality Assurance, and Business Applications Support teams.
