I manage and set standards, specify functional and technical requirements, scale and automate processes, innovating the functionalities of software projects for the business. Develop, implement and maintain automated controls to monitor, report and ensure the availability of technologies (status report, indicators, dashboards, schedule, system integrations and core business applications) supported by IT to the business.I collaborate in the timely control of Supplier Management, through monitoring and indicators of contract requirements (whenever possible in an automated way), supplier evaluations and cost reductions, mitigating risks and maximizing resources and benefits to the operation of the business. I worked in the coordination of software support team. Part of my activities is the management of the team, management of demands (risks, deadlines, quality, estimates using AFP).I accumulated PQA function, allocated to the client, being responsible for the design of processes and methodology of customer service, elaboration of quality indicators and quality monitoring of the contract teams.I coordinated projects for the development of management systems for collection campaigns and cost management, having also worked in activities to specify the requirements of these systems.Elaborated software requirements for applications of control of expertise of the Court of Justice of the State of Bahia.I participated in business process consulting activities for road and road maintenance company of the Government of the State of São Paulo.I was responsible for the presentation of Project Management software, Demand Control and Calculation of Indicators for SABESP (sanitation company of the Government of the State of São Paulo).I participated in the design and homologation of software solutions (Access Control, Ticketing, ERP, Website, CRM) for Arenas (Arena Porto Alegrense, Arena das Dunas, Arena de Pernambuco, Arena Fonte Nova).

I worked in the leadership of software support team, highlighting activities of system backlog maintenance, scope and deadline management, prioritization of demands (negotiation with users managers of the systems), support to the maintenance team in thedevelopment methodologies adopted by the organization, preparation and monitoring of schedules.As a ScrumMaster, I implemented and applied Scrum in 3 software development teams.In this opportunity I have acquired knowledge in municipal tax management (real estate and activity registers, management of municipal tax debts – IPTU, TL, ISS, TFF,among others – and management of debts registered in Active Debt) and municipal financial management (planning, budget, execution and control, cash flow).
