Ngee Ann Ambassadors is the marketing arm of Ngee Ann Poly. As part of this organisation, I work closely with Corporate Communication officers to efficiently market the school to prospective students through the various outreach events and social media.Examples of outreach event executed by ambassadors includeOpen HouseRED CampYouth leaders CampSecondary school visitsSeminars/talks for parents & students

- Worked closely with Ngee Ann's Digital Communication team - Curate content across 3 social channels (Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube) whilst ensuring a cohesive brand identity -Pitched, developed and produce short video content on Tiktok/Instagram -Wrote copy for social post -Coordinate with different groups within the organisation to identify and cast appropriate talents for various shoots

Open House is one of Ngee Ann's flagship event organised every year, and serves as a important platform for Ngee Ann to market the school to prospective students and relevant stakeholder. Along with 3 other ICs, we managed a total of 50 ambassadors which were stationed all across campus ensure a smooth efficient flow to our event. This included managing of bus traffic for our bus tours as well as the welcoming and interaction with visitors who needed to be led to the right location. Being the ICs required my team and I to effectively train our members on how to properly interact with members of the public, as well as handle multiple backend logistics such as the planning of signage placement and communication with other committees to ensure a smooth flow of the event

RED Camp+ is a flagship event organised by Ngee Ann Poly every year, aimed at providing prospective students with an opportunity to find out more about our school through fun and meaningful events planned.As the tribe leader of Spartans, I contributed to the planning of the event through the planning of tour routes as well as the creation of the scripts for the guided campus tour. Additionally I also taught and mentored members of my tribe on what is required and necessary to hold a effective tour and was tasked with ensuring their welfare throughout the entire planning stage and the event.

Worked closely with the product team to enhance the workflow of the sales and marketing team through the simplification of key technical specification into marketable terms for the teams to use in their sales pitch and marketing campaign respectively. Additionally, I have also assisted in a product launch through aiding the team in creating a marketing plan consisting of the product target audience, unique selling points and created a advertising plan for different social channels. I was also given the opportunity to assist the company in the filming and editing of digital photos/videos which will be utilised for both their website and social channels.

Along with 3 other OIC, we planned and managed the recruitment of new Ambassadors into the organisation. Due to the Covid restriction, majority of the recruitment drive was done online. Which gave my team and I the opportunity to harness our digital marketing skills on social media through the ideation and creation of marketing material for our Social media platforms. Through our marketing efforts and 2 rounds of interviews, we manage to recruit 50 new ambassadors into the organisation from the 200+ applicants that signed up.
