I was appointed by the US Trustee (a component of the US Department of Justice) to represent a group of unsecured creditors for a large call center company (and telecom client of ITC at the time), Servicom, Inc., that entered Chapter 11 bankruptcy, which was eventually converted to a Chapter 7 bankruptcy after its primary business asset(s) had been successfully sold.

Elected to the Technology Channel Association in 2013, and finished my 2-year term at the 2015 Channel Partners Conference in Las Vegas. TCA is the non-profit trade association for the telecom industry, and has been in existence for almost 10 years. The primary goal of the TCA is to bring professionalism and education to the telecom channel. To this end, the TCA oversees and administers the "CTP" (Certified Telecommunications Professional) program that is considered the "gold standard" training to have in the industry. Late 1990's "Dot Com" Start-up for Wireless Phone Accessories. Almost obtained $8.5 million in venture capital funding at the end of the "bubble." It was a fun time to see all of the crazy money flying around! Amazon got into this space and quickly dominated the marketplace.

While in my senior year of high school, I founded this ground transportation firm which specialized in charter buses, casino trips and scheduled airport shuttles (now Super Shuttle). Started first airport shuttle from Denver to Colorado Springs to serve Western Pacific Airlines. We grew to our own fleet of over 50 vehicles (mostly large buses and vans) and I had a lot of fun running this business. I sold my interest in the company to my business partner and his family in 1997.
