About Graham Wilson (Mbacp)

As well as being a helping practitioner and life coach I work with children and young people from 10-18 as a Trainee school counsellor in a local cluster of schools. I am also an instructor in Scottish Mental Health First Aid and I train, deliver and co-ordinate the Seasons for Growth Programme throughout the North East of Scotland.Having lived experience of mental illness, as well as being a natural people person, means I can offer the best, targeted and meaningful service to my clients, which is led by my clients, when they need it most.
