- Devising business development plans, business forecasting, sales targets for the company in Vietnam market;- Working directly with clients on campaign summary/analysis, proposing creative ideas, making proposals, quotations, media planning, budget allocation for their online campaigns;- Leading day-to-day management and optimization of clients' campaigns- Dealing with online media owners for (rich) banner placements for clients’ online advertising campaigns;- Directly managing projects developed by development teams in foreign countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore) and local outsourcing partners;- Managing day-to-day sales activities of the account executives and provide timely support to help them reach the team’s sales target;- Directly reporting business performances to the managing director in Singapore;- Proactively find new ways to develop client's business and grow accounts;- Monitoring agency/client budgets and billing process for accuracy and timelines;- Conducting profound market researches, latest news, trends, and competition in the industry.

- Leading and training other members in the sales team;- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients;- Reporting sales performance to the managing director;- Setting out effective sales plan & selling strategies, action plans;- Conducting comprehensive market researches in IT market and competitors- Writing web copies for customers’ websites and portal;- Consulting e-Commerce solutions, web design & development, content management system (CMS), search engine optimization & advertising, website content maintenance & management;- Web project management leader: managing in-house and outsourcing development teams.
