Managing live chat support, help desk ticket support, and phone support. Provisioned devices for new and existing clients. Diagnosing and resolving failed server hardware. Identifying server network related issues. Must have working knowledge of Windows Server Edition and Linux. Capacity to neatly rack and cable rack/mount servers. Understanding of basic network topography. Understanding Data Center C.R.A.C. systems. Understanding of diagnosing failed server hardware components(RAM, HDD, CPU, RAID Controllers etc.)Running and installing/rolling fiber.Factory default/reconfigure PDUs, BIOS, IPMI, switches.Testing hardware. (drives, memory, motherboards, etc.)Using CLI utilities (ping, smartctl, ipmitool, etc.). Build/configure hardware of servers. (Ex: Dell, HP, Supermicro, etc.)Identifying hardware compatibility. (CPU, memory, motherboard)
