Human Resources Assistant
Current- Serve as the first point of contact for Human Resources operations, Benefits, Payroll, and other departments.
- Resolve 15 - 20 employee’s inquiries through email, over the phone, or in-person.
- Support the employee labor relations program.
- Collect 6 new hire paperwork daily and assist with New Team Member Orientation.
- Work independently on individually assigned projects.
- Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and maintain strict employee confidentiality.
