- Responsible over 250 employees' salaries and overtime pay, ensuring reliable and accurate payroll process- Maintain and manage employees’ benefits such as medical claims and leave benefits- Resolve employee queries on all HR process & policies such as leave benefits, overtime pay and medical claims- Recommend a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package for employees

- Responsible in the development of the performance matrix, salary increment and performance bonuses in ensuring fair, equitable and competitive compensation package for employees- Responsible for handling employee’s salary increment and performance bonuses ensuring that their amounts are calculated correctly- Screening through potential job seekers and profile the right candidates for the job through interviews with the department head- Managing P-files and ensure they are up-to-date
