Current● Responsible for building financial models to analyze the effect of proposed transaction structures on cash flows, covenant compliance and financial position on over $3.5 billion of capital raise, M&A and advisory transactions, exclusively for Native American Governments. ● Advised tribal leadership and executive management explaining the costs, benefits and nuances of various financing strategies and transaction structures.● Worked closely with a small, veteran team of Investment Banking professionals through the entire deal cycle on a variety of investment banking transactions (M&A, restructuring, refinancing and project financing).● Prepared internal research on government and policy topics such as State Small Business Credit Initiative, American Rescue Plan / CARES, Opportunity Zones, New Markets Tax Credits, Online Lending, Section 184 Loans, Tribal Economic Development Bonds, and the U.S. Department of Energy’s Tribal Energy Program.
