I am a passionate professional in Tourism and Hospitality. I worked in both industries - hotel, and luxury travel agency / tour operator; those experiences helped me to develop important skills such as the power to negotiate better contract conditions for Business to Business and Business to Customer markets, how to handle with the luxury client, talk in public in Portuguese and in English. However, the features that I value the most are good interpersonal relationships with the ones that I work or share a space with, cordiality, punctuality, and proactivity. As a fast learner, I envision to always grow with any feedback that I need to receive in order to promote life-changing experiences to the clients that I work for.
