-Coordinating and managing solar installation projects, supporting the project manager in planning, execution, and completion activities.-Facilitating effective communication among project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.-Coordinating site visits, inspections, and surveys to assess project feasibility and compliance with regulatory requirements.-Assisting in obtaining necessary permits and documentation, ensuring adherence to local, provincial, and federal regulations governing solar installations.-Supporting project budget management by tracking expenses, procuring materials and services, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.-Participating in quality control efforts to maintain high standards of workmanship, safety, and performance.-Maintaining accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and reports, to ensure transparency and accountability.-Identifying and reporting potential risks and issues, contributing to risk mitigation strategies and project success.-Providing ongoing support to clients post-installation, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

-Creating professional solar reports and proposals in Aurora Solar Software.-Calculating financial pay back periods, net present values, and cash flow projections for project proposals for both residential and commercial clients.-Creating and preparing sales quotes and estimates and tailored project proposals to support our sales team.-Liaising and coordinating work sales advisors and others.-Researching alternative methods with a focus on continuous improvement.
