As Management Accountant at RACT, I assist stakeholder decision-making through timely and accurate information, data analysis and reporting. My role is diverse, however my current focuses include strategic business unit process, internal payroll process and personnel budget management, as well as group budget setting processes, and continued improvement of internal financial reporting mechanisms and financial modelling. I have a Bachelor of Business (Acct, Mkt) from University of Tasmania as well as a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting. I am a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and NZ. I have a passion for helping business stakeholders reach their full potential and strive on delivering results. I pride myself on stakeholder management. I have a particular interest in business structure, compliance, KPI management and development, budget and goal setting, as well as reporting and accounting systems and processes. I have historical experience is in public practise business services accounting, including small business and taxation advisory and special purpose financial statement and taxation preparation.
