Responsibilities include working directly with upper management to complete a variety of store operations. Some examples include rearranging store features or creating a display. I am also responsible the organization of merchandise in the high traffic areas in the store while managing associates in their respective, general merchandise departments, to also organize and restock shelves with items and direct them with any other necessary objectives. I am also responsible of maintaining any items returned and directing associates in placing those items in the appropriate departments. I am also for taking on the responsibilities of those who are not present, management and associate alike for all customer needs including mixing paint, cutting fabrics, providing a tire quote or selling ammo and licenses.
