This role is responsible for the daily management of an allocated portfolio of work comprising of complex claims that relate to staged accidents/events, suspected fraud, intel operations, major loss claims, duty to not misrepresent & staff claims.

The Investigations Review Officer co-ordinates and manages the investigation of claims referred from various avenues to minimise claims costs and reduce exposure to suspected fraudulent activity.

The Fraud compliance officer executes quality audits focussed upon the procedural, service level and code of practice adherence of operational roles within Fraud and Intelligence (F&I) and the procedural, service level, code of practice and contractual adherence of F&I’s external suppliers.
