During my time as the Coordinator of Soccer Operations for the IM Sports department at MSU, I was responsible for training, developing, and managing a staff of over 50 referees and supervisors, as well as working with a diverse base of participants to deliver meaningful experiences, and cultivate a positive brand image for the Intramural Sports Department.
