I have been in the I.T field since the beginning of high school and have learned many different skills. I have graduated with an associate degree in pc support. In my freetime I take the time to learn additional skills and even taking courses on the side for certificates and more experience. I have interned with Dallas College on Eastfield Campus for 1 year and 6 months and have learned from many aspects of I.T. I have troubleshooted projectors, printers, computers, I have also imaged many computers and set up auto log in for students at Dallas College. I have a lot of experience with customer support and helping people get the support they need at the I.T help desk. There are many other aspects that I have picked up on as well like the basics of networking, operating systems, and understanding company policies. I am now pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Computer Information Systems and Technology at the University of Texas at Dallas. I am passionate about my work and helping others, as well as learning more skills so I can work my way up in the industry. I have been known to be reliable, a hardworker, and determined.
