Upon graduation, I rolled over to a full-time position on the Private Brands Reporting team. Instead of keeping my focus on supporting PBR, it was decided that I move to learn the Hyperion ERP side of things. My new responsibilities include:>Pasta support: assist the business in closing out each period for our three divisions of pasta. This is a manual process every first week of the new period.>Hyperion Planning support: account changes, adding products in DRM, training.

My Major achievements as an intern include:>Developed a new way to report my teams production support metrics using Excel pivot tables, Remedy Incident Management tool, BOBJ, and Excel Services via SharePoint 2007. Requirements were given by my director and manager.>Summer intern project competition: 1st place - Testing Automation and Optimization>Migrated approx. 1000 employees'​ soft phones from Microsoft Lync to Cisco Jabber>Resolved approx. 200 incidents regarding voice services issues>Highly contributed to the build, test, and support a reconciliation tool used to compare financial data between our newly developed consolidated reporting system and legacy systems used by private brands.Throughout my internship I worked on 4 different teams within IT and supported 3 major projects. The teams and responsibilities include:-ERP Security Services: incident management and resolution, SOD governance, SAP role and transaction changes, production support metric reporting.>Master Data Services: JIT project: design, test, and implementation of a new master data tool used to manage all of legacy ConAgra's master data. UI enhancements, defect resolution, functional testing, UAT support.>Voice Services: Incident management and resolution, Cisco Unified Call Manager administration, AirWatch MDM administration, Cisco Jabber administration, Microsoft Lync Server administration.>Financial Planning and Reporting: Private Brands Repository project: reconciliation tool, production support of new system, Control-M job scheduling, collaboration, leadership.
