As a key leader and resource, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Legal & General Counsel, I provide strategic legal advice regarding commercial and development products to the Business Development, Alliance Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Research & Development (R&D) and Procurement Departments. In this role I identify and analyze legal risks and provide viable solutions to ensure compliance with applicable U.S. laws and company policies and implement effective risk management strategies.
