Civil Engineer by training, I have always been involved with Information Technology, when this was still an under explored area in Brazil. Throughout my professional career, I worked in strategic, representative and operational positions. Still in the 70s, I was hired by IBM, a company that revolutionized the sector, as a world reference. After this experience, I took a step towards entrepreneurship. My first initiative was to start Serta Informática, a company that replaced IBM in the niche of specialized services in the Zona da Mata Mineira region. A few years later, I started Célula Gestão de Documentos. In 2004, I was a co-founder of ProDoctor Software S/A, a leading company in the management of clinics and medical practices, which currently has more than 40 thousand users in Brazil.I also held the positions of President of ASSESPRO Nacional (Association of Brazilian Information Technology Companies) and Administrative and Financial Director of PRODEMGE (Information Technology Company of the State of Minas Gerais - Brazil).I am currently a member of the Advisory Board of ProDoctor Software S/A.
