Responsible for meeting all needs of the units regarding poor performance of the process plant or events that may be interfering with oil, gas and water production & treatment KPIs.- Customer technical communication and attendance at meetings, response letters and review of customer documentation.- Responsible for providing technical assistance for offshore activities, know-how for production and laboratory teams, chemical analysis, testing, chemicals and operating procedures and measuring instruments. Monitoring and implementation of corrective actions on site and in the company's management system, AMOS.- Focal Point of Water Treatment and Injection Units.- Remote monitoring of Process data by PI-OSISoft. Responsible for creating and maintaining PI System in administrative tasks, introducing the tools available for the usual management tasks in your application in real and practical situations.- Review of plant risk studies (HAZID, HAZOP, etc.). Participation of incident / accident investigations and compliance with preventive and corrective actions.- Contribution to platform audits and inspections. Monitoring and implementation of new controls in terms of HSE, in order to meet regulatory items, such as those of ANP and IBAMA.- Evaluation and reporting of chemical analysis, chemicals, waste management, mass balance and acceptance thresholds for contractual compliance, and to avoid or minimize fines due to non-compliance.- Supply and planning of activities to be performed offshore. - Management, Operation and Training for around 100 Chemical Technicians in 21 offshore Petrobras laboratories in the Campos basin, focusing primarily on routine operation/compliance/special event analysis of the gas, oil and water treatment monitory process.- Providing technical support in the area of analytical equipment/methodologies and sampling.- Contributing to improving lab expertise, elaboration of technical procedures, internal control reports, developing calculation methods and tools. - To ensure that contracts in progress were executed in compliance with current regulations, which avoided penalties during my work: Inter-laboratory application, Verification of Conformity of Procedures in chemical technicians and statistical control of analytical process.- Liaise with client (Manager at Laboratório de Fluidos/Petrobras) to update and improve lab analysis (local or abroad) in weekly meetings. Management and up-to-date data record in Petrobras System (Sample Manager) to resolve the claims with Petrobras, aiming at their conclusion in the best interest of the company.- Enforce HSE policy such as personal safety, environmental protection, regulations and instructions on laboratory activities. Ensure that actions related to nonconformities are treated with appropriate priority.- Keep to-up-date the technical procedures of analytical analysis and MSDS database of chemical products.- Extensive knowledge in laboratory routines resulted in the position of Technical Responsibility of Onshore SGS Laboratories (RJ / ES) and release of reports of outsourced laboratory analysis services, in response to the analytical business demand at Campos, Santos and Espirito Santo Basin. -Define and ensure the laboratorie audit with Implantation of the Statistical Control of Analytical Processes for TOG analysis in oily water by the gravimetric method at the Onshore SGS Laboratory at Macaé-RJ in according to Regulatory agencies such as CONAMA.

● Monitoring the routine management of the Semi-Submersible Oil Production Platform in operation (P-08).● Identification of causes by the development of failure trees for production losses and ongoing review of UO-BC / P8 technical performance with a Senior Process Engineer. Assisting the operations and maintenance of a platform's main processing units such as: gas compressors, TEG gas dehydration system, TEG regeneration and reservoir water injection system (SRU)● PI System is an enterprise infrastructure for real-time event and data management used by Petrobras. I was able to gain the knowledge I needed to work with the creation and maintenance tasks of Its PI System, focusing primarily on tags and system settings. Common management practices and functionality, such as PI System Management Tools and PI Interface Configuration Utility.● With the self-teaching knowledge of PI System, I optimized the screens of the P-08 production plant, resulting in work approved for the “UO-BC Best Practice Forum” in 2010 (Preventing Losses in P -08 through PI Process Book screens). The goal was to extend the tool's functionality to onshore users, specifically for those who remotely monitor process parameters and trends, anticipating possible deviations that could cause production loss.● Analysis of the Fluid Laboratory Analytical Results Bulletins (ARBs) to anticipate any behavior that may endanger the specification of oil, gas and water for injection and disposal such as: oil salinity analytical assays, PVT, TOG, pH and TEG density, suspended solids, bacterial count and free chlorine in the injection water.
