Initially, Jim believed he could handle the workload alone, but he found himself working tirelessly for 80-110 hours per week from April 15, 2020, to July 10, 2020, to meet the demands of the role.Realizing the need to streamline his work processes and enhance efficiency, Jim took the initiative in March to invest his own funds in engaging a programmer. Together, they developed a functional prototype called NEO. NEO is an AI navigational assistant designed to expedite Jim's engagement with Savvas customers across Pearson product lines.

Agri-Energy Labs is one of San Antonio's pioneering technology incubators led by Chester Chiodo (USAF, ret.). Selling laptops and salesforce automation with Salesmaker, PC-based recruiting with Placemaker, for HR departments and head hunters, and Platform for IT departments. Ultimately, with requests for all software in a box to be customized, we created a computer-aided software engineering (CASE) tool for IBM's newly announced (1989) RISC 6000 hardware and AIX. The product was called PLATFORM and it automated software development similar to the "low code" and AI push for software automation in 2023.
