How Do You Train Your Dragon (Ai)? What do you call an AI that lies to you? A George Gilder Fellow (Forbes ASAP); member of Dr. George Kokmetsky's Digital Media Collaboratory, (DMC), IC2.org, UT Austin, leading development of Digital Warrior, a video game AI TUTOR for DARPA and Fort Cavazos, called Digital Warrior; leading Technology forecasting for jobs, education, and economic competitiveness and security, as participating in the 2007-2009 technopolis study of global technology city-states and what's next in technology--Dr. Alex Cavallis' and Dr. ELiza Evans' Digital Convergence Initiative (DCI). Dr. Michael Sekora, Project Socrates, led the Strategy of Technology for DCI.Overall, Brazell has proven remarkably prescient about the world after COVID-19, July 4, 2023. In speeches, essays, and emerging technology reports Jim and collaborators have laid out the trends in AI (Robotics) catalyzing a new economic rush on Wall Street and a scramble in the workforce, economic development, and national defense domains including a new Sputnik-like concern for US research and development and the human capital pipeline of TEAMS (STEM+ARTS) students in K-12, Community College, and University domains education.Today, flush with cash, short on time, with high-interest rates, 30 years of a near-zero bank lending rate, and an economy teetering on the brink, Wall Street and tech investors are driving a spike in investment in AI to spur a bull stock market and leap for US innovation, competitiveness, and national security (cyber and physical) in the global economy. Given the quantitative easing investment by the Fed of $1 trillion dollars to overcome the mortgage fiasco in 2008 and the $5 trillion injection for COVID 2020-2023, this investor push will likely play out very fast, in now-to-36 months, and will have a net effect similar to all three prior tech-fueled Wall Street tech IPO ramps starting with the DOTCOM bubble..The only difference in the AI infusion of cash will eclipse all three prior economic revolutions by spurring tremendous economic transformation because we are at the AI-ROBOT-IoT scale, especially after COVID from a device, network, software, and user perspective.
