Benjamin is a versatile entrepreneur, investor, and advisor, with a rich background of experience founding, building, and scaling companies across several industries.As one of Shryne Group’s (and its predecessor's) top operations leaders, Benjamin oversaw the massive scaling of the company from 2017 to 2020—with more than a 10x increase in company revenues between the years of 2018 and 2020 alone.More recently, Benjamin was Chief Operating Officer of Left Coast Holdings, a vertically-integrated company headquartered in Manistee, MI, before founding his consultancy Diamond Miners Consulting, headquartered in Chicagoland.Benjamin also founded Polara Group, a private investment company focused on business and real estate acquisitions in the Midwest—primarily in Chicagoland—with the goal of improving local communities by creating good-paying jobs and access to high-quality, affordable housing. Ben has a strong belief that a company is only as good as its people—its largest and most valuable asset. His biggest leadership strengths are his empathy and interpersonal communication skills, both of which he leverages to help inspire, focus and mobilize people to do what they do best, thereby enabling the company to become the best version of itself.
