Consistent collaboration with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Participating in conducting training sessions for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills. - Keeping hiring managers informed about market trends. - Reporting about the recruitment process, formulating job descriptions, engaging in active sourcing for IT positions. - Participating in conducting assessment centers

- Writing and updating position descriptions based on the requirements of the client company or the internal team- Using different IT sourcing techniques to find the best talent and matches- Screening internal and external databases- Conducting interviews, writing PXT based assessment, ensuring the hiring process runs smoothly- Regular communication with clients, acting as a point of contact- Writing reports for the clients, providing feedback to them- Keeping contact with candidates until the end of the process- Carry out administrative tasks in line with company internal procedures and guidelines- Active participation in sociometric, organizational network analysis and other HR-related projects
