Senior Program Manager
CurrentPrincipal Manager of complex software development and information technology (IT) programs/projects to include all development schedules, milestones, deliverables, costs and risks. Responsible for Stake Holder coordination to ensure Agile Team objectives are synchronized with product owner requirements. Provide leadership and administrative management for approximately 60 direct reports across multiple separate development teams associate to an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract.• Manage overall development requirement delivery and lifecycle sustainment associated to the United States Marine Corps’ primary deployable logistics support systems – Tactical Logistics Systems (TLS) and Tactical Applications (TACAPPs) – that includes MAGTF Logistics Support Systems (MLS2), STRATIS, TCPT, and CLC2S.• Determine resource requirements associate with project requirements that include staffing, software, hardware, and facilities, to accomplished established specifications.• Identify, track, manage, and mitigate risk to specific client engagements ensuring minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline.• Review, discuss, and explain implications of potential changes to project scope/objectives to the client and project team with Government program managers.• Develop, implement, and maintain both project and program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to enable unified tracking and expectation management related to software design, development, testing, and deployment.• Appropriately manage, in conjunction with Government program leadership, all identified Change Requests (CR) associate with projects and program to provide Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM), technical approach, and schedule roadmaps related to potential implementation. • Provide program updates associate to both regularly established synchronization meetings with Government program leadership as well as Contract Deliverable Requirement List(s).
