National Tax Technology Consulting leader

As a managing director in the tax Chief Technology Office (CTO) my role is to align our tax technology vision with business strategy by integrating Deloitte tax processes with the appropriate internally developed and vendor technologies. The CTO is also responsible for partnering with tax business leaders on all aspects of developing and implementing technology initiatives within the organization. We also develop and maintain existing tax enterprise systems while providing direction in all technology-related issues in support of our core tax systems.

Initiative Leader – Partnership compliance technology and process leaderI manage delivery of process standardization and technology initiatives for the U.S partnership practice across all Tax service lines. This includes leading and assisting partnership engagement teams in development, deployment and implementation of standardized processes as well as providing expertise and project management working with National Tax Technology product managers to navigate working with the field defining requirements around technology development. I also take the lead working with technology development focusing on new and innovative technology solutions to drive efficiency, quality and effectiveness in our partnership compliance practices. I lead a national team heavy in partnership expertise driving both standardization and adoption of technology tools across the practice. We interface with clients, partners and directors, as well as Tax Leadership, to design and deploy partnership compliance initiatives to our tax practice.
