Bryan is an experienced leader in the medical device space with 20 years of professional experience spanning successful early-stage start-ups to multi-billion-dollar global medical device companies. He has been committed to managing teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives across a variety of leadership and technical roles in both product development and sustaining operations. Through increasing organizational responsibilities, Bryan has most recently focused on building a high-performing global team to support a portfolio of over 50 external suppliers of finished medical across multiple business divisions. Supplier management responsibilities range from sustaining (ensuring cost, quality, and delivery) to new product launches (COGs target, Tier 2 Supply Chain and Logistics, Process Validation, Manufacturing Ramp) and successful M&A integration. He has empowered this team to drive towards measurable organizational objectives through accountability and increasing responsibility, while providing challenging growth opportunities and organizational performance improvements.
