Proven track record in turnover development, partnerships with museums, artists and right holders, economic development of own resources – ticketing, shops, events - of around a hundred cultural sites of French heritage.Working as a consultant I offer my services for the development and promotion of private and public cultural sites with always this same desire for “economic optimization serving the cultural mission”.To achieve this economic optimization, what drives me is improving the visitor (customer) experience and their needs during their visit.
