Sr. Project Control Analyst
Current• Successfully compose plan, budget, and perform analysis forecasting for $20M+year programs for Navy.• Perform analysis monthly and quarterly for project EAC calculations using Microsoft excel with advanced functions (v-lookup). Ensure program revenue and profits are recorded in compliance with the EAC.• Lead Quarterly Program Reviews presentations to the executive board and stakeholders. • Advise management program risk and recommend solutions. Ensure adequate funding by updating spendplan of records of expenditures. Interface with Contracts Dept by preparing financials for LOF 75% complete for additional funding.• Review accounts receivable during the billing processing. Monitor billing status and unbilled issues, working with stakeholders and Program Managers to resolve issues in a timely manner. • Ensure adherence to GAAP, FAR, DFAR, and all company policies and procedures as they related to contract performance and financials.
