I have been in the health care field since 2007. I was a CNA from 2007-2010 and then earned L.P.N in 2010. I have worked with a variety of age groups from infants to elderly. I enjoy helping and caring for others. I have experience in Long Term Nursing facilities, Home Health Care, Hospital and Clinic settings. I have experience from working on the floor to working in management. A few skills I have are; Assisting the CNA's with resident cares, problem solving, medication administration, IM/Sub-Q/ID injections, drawing blood, head to toe assessments, vital signs, organization, professionalism with resident’s, families, and staff, proper communication through the chain of command, work well with physicians, computer charting with Point Click Care and EPIC programs, IRIS, MDS.
