Provided GIS services for the following: Stapleton International Airport Redevelopment- Infrastructure, FEMA floodplain updates, and land use mapping to facilitate the redevelopment of the former Stapleton Airport; Fitzsimons Redevelopment- GIS exhibits, including future utility and roadway networks for the Master Plan update for the build out and reuse of Fitzsimons, former Army Medical Center; and Lowry Air Force Base Redevelopment- mapping exhibits for a cost model identifying reuse potential at the former Lowry Air Force Base located in Aurora, Colorado. City of Woodland Park: Created a Geographic Information System for the City through the compilation of analog maps (i.e., zoning, master plan, utility systems). Determined hardware and software needs for the City. Town of Basalt: Assisted with the Master Plan update, in response to 1995 flooding of the Roaring Fork River. Instrumental in the development, implementation and management of a Geographic Information System (GIS) for redevelopment efforts of K.I. Sawyer, former U.S. Air Force Base. Built a variety of tabular and spatial data layers essential for the GIS through digitization of utility drawings, field research, and coordination with utility providers. Provided GIS training and IT support. Urban planning activities included: creation of a Land Use Plan; facilitation of economic development through site selection and analysis and providing planning assistance and map production for three Townships, Marquette County, the U.S. Air Force, and the Local Redevelopment Authority, including zoning; environmental areas of concerns mapping; business directories and locator maps; utility maps; navigational maps for Sawyer International Airport; parcelization; population distribution.
