My career to date encompasses 7 years at Telstra and 18+ years experience in Business Management, customer service, project management and procurement. Since 2016 I've worked within Telstra as a Senior Business Strategy specialist (current), a Group Performance Lead, Business Operations Manager and in Delivery as a Program Manager & Project Governance Specialist.My Current position as Senior Business Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting Telstra Product & Technology Segment through strategic annual planning and ongoing performance in year. Prior to this, I worked with the Enterprise Business as a Group Performance lead for Sales Southern region after performing a Business Operations Manager role, gaining expertise in the Enterprise business on strategic Business Analysis, Strategy and Sales Governance & Operations. Prior to joining the Enterprise team I worked in Telstra Project delivery as a Project Specialist helping to implement a new governance framework while completing my Diploma in Project Management. I moved quickly into a Program Manager role and successfully delivered a customer experience program for Tabcorp to improve customer satisfaction while simultaneously managing a project team delivering various technology projects. I was then asked to step in on major customers AGL and Medibank to implement improvements and lastly lead a specialised team to deliver a complex telephony transition program for Australia Post & the project portfolio governance on the side. I have developed advanced skills in business operations, project management, commercial acumen, communication, business analysis and understand that our customer and our people are at the centre of everything we do. I am proactive, strive for excellence and enjoy solving problems by defining gaps, improving process and accepting change. I have a high level of emotional intelligence and can adjust to working with any personality type and any size team.Other interesting facts about me: From 2012-15 I was a board member for a large not-for-profit Early Learning Centre as Vice President, President & Secretary gaining experience in governance, strategic planning, policy preparation, compliance, the public sector and local government operations.I am an active mother of 2 beautiful boys, love to cook, read and watch movies. From home I also co-run a hobby farm with my husband on our gorgeous property.
