Early in my career, I saw ecommerce sales plummet after a deployment. Sales were so bad, we thought the server must be broken... it wasn't. We rolled back each change until we came to the one that broke it: The designer has just changed the color of the Add to Cart button from green to red. That very simple update changed how users perceived the website's buying process so much - that they stopped.I became fascinated by user experience and perception on the web. I realized how critical and overlooked it is. That experience has stuck with me for over a decade and is why I feel thoughtful web design and user testing are so important. It's also one of the many reasons I earned the User Experience Certification through Nielsen Norman Group.I started Revive with a passion of making great experiences online. We specialize in Headless Shopify Ecommerce and User Experience. We offer design, development, and UX testing services.Later, I co-founded the Legislative Scorecard, a SaaS platform which syncs legislation changes and voting records into a format that's easy for the public to access and understand.
