Duties: • Installation and maintenance of all systems within a client’s digital environment.• Configuration and troubleshooting of server and desktop hardware. • Assembly of computer hardware.• Managing Active Directory• Ensure adequate antivirus protection & solutions are maintained and updated. Identify and recommending improvements for E-mail applications & Web-page development.• Design and implement Computer Network / LAN services workstations also for the Printer, Scanner and computer peripheral devices.• Maintain troubleshoot and repair computer systems (Hardware and Software).• Maintain Hospital network (LAN), hardware and software• Serving IT Technical Support for end users (Hospital Personnel)• Weekly analysis routine of missing data and files through the health information systems Application.• Using SQL Profiler to trace the errors for the web development application • Maintain daily Database back up • Scripting new stored procedure for the new application update• Using Component (COM +) for application deployment using Active directory and Group policy• Server configuration for the domain controller, Active Directory, DNS, WINS, DHCP, and IIS • Installing and maintaining databases• Exporting data information to Microsoft Sql Server database• Populating a database with new information or transfer existing data into it• Creating backup copies of data.• A good working knowledge of all levels of helpdesk support.• Updating staff, nurse and doctor user accounts• Communicating /solving problems using with third party application like Team Viewer ,Radmin• Maintenance for Microsoft Azure for updating CLOUD COMPUTING E-Health application , Back up Database and Web Applications• Control Panel | DashboardUpdated website content• CMS Website such as Joomla|WordPress|DrupalPrestaShop• Import | Export website• Ftp• Apache server• MySql Database
