Higher Education Professional with over a decade of experience and knowledge working in the field. I completed my Master in Professional Education (MPEd) in Educational Leadership the the University of Western Ontario in 2019 and have extensive experience in recruitment and engagement, student learning and support, community relations, public speaking, communications, and event management. I am passionate about community and believe that strong communities benefit from the engagement of diverse opinions and ideas and people who are passionate about mutual growth and benefit.I have been an engaged Londoner within both the Western and London communities as a member of the United Way Elgin-Middlesex GenNext Give Committee and the Western United Way Campaign Committee. I am new to the Kitchener-Waterloo region and am actively seeking opportunities to connect with and support my new community. I enjoy travelling, technology, creative outlets like DIY projects, reading, gardening and lifelong learning. I aspire to use these same creative talents and the knowledge gained from my career and education journeys to help others and leave a lasting positive impact.
