Mentorship -Management of 8-12 week, small, online group mentorship cohort of paying clients, one at a time on a sequential basis -Maintain all correspondence and follow-up messaging with clients -Create a safe, inclusive space for NP mentees to discuss clinical and role transition topics, encourage the development of clinical judgment ○ Maintain current, evidence-based knowledge of medicine and make clinical recommendations accordingly Curriculum Development and Delivery - Development of materials to accompany current products and services, including cheat sheets, test questions, supplemental learning materials including case studies Client/Student Support - Independently host a monthly Live Q&A with clients to answer Lab Course related questions and patient cases ○ Manage the Facebook community for the Lab Crash Course, facilitate conversation specifically about lab interpretation, answer questions, and direct clients to resources inside the program as needed to help foster an engaged, supportive community of clients. Audience/Community Engagement -Strengthen the engagement of our community of both paying clients in our courses and programs and the wider audience on social media to help connect people to RWNP resources, experience wins in their knowledge and growth, build brand loyalty, and grow our audience
