•Create and manage a budget of $200K/year for 501c3 nonprofit organization•Manage all transactions/receivables/payables through QuickBooks software•Prepare and present financial reports to a board of 9 members•Prepare and present monthly updates to team of 49•Manage and track quarterly collections from 23 participating organizations•Make strategic decisions with regard to spending/fundraising•Timely and effective communication presented to team on current state of budget as well as monthly projections•Divide funds among 11 initiative areas; track spending on recruitment, onboarding, professional development, community service, online and offline marketing, and professional networking initiatives/events simultaneously throughout the year•Manage and track funding for an international trip for 30 professionalsThe Orr Fellowship is a highly selective self-governed entrepreneurial program that places qualified recent graduates in high-growth companies. During a two-year tenure, fellows gain executive-level mentorship at host companies, are exposed to Indianapolis business and community leaders through monthly seminars, participate in Keeping Indianapolis Beautiful and other community services initiatives, and join an invaluable peer network with other talented recent grads.
