I am an experienced and motivated leader, who cares about and supports any team that I am working with. I am a hard-working and dedicated person who will do anything to ensure the success of my employer, my coworkers, and anyone else involved. I am an University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire graduate with my Bachelors in Business Administration and a Minor in Gerontology. Throughout my time at UWEC I took business courses that taught me all the aspects of business, including accounting, marketing, human resources and many more. Along with business core courses I took healthcare courses that included healthcare economics and healthcare administration course. With my Gerontology minor I learned how to communicate effectively with aging adults as well as the entirety of the population. I am also a Western Governors University student on route to graduate in April 2022 with my Masters in Health Care Management. This degree has taken everything I have learned from my bachelors and experience and put it together at a high level to prepare me for all of my future endeavors. I have background in customer service, health care services, and public relations. My current position as an Office Manager for a small dental clinic has taught me the ins, outs, legal and background work that goes into running a successful medical company. I was a lead bartender for five years which has taught me a lot, especially about communication and how to appropriately handle unexpected situations. I have been a resident assistant in which I performed personal care to residents in an Assisted Living Facility. Also regarding healthcare experience, I have experience in public relations and communications with an internship where I created and performed a project for Marshfield Children's Hospital.
