Manage, coordinate and service group reservations and bookings, be the main contact for corporate accounts and all incoming group and/or meeting inquiries, submit and negotiate group rates for all potential business, complete, send and process all group contracts, proposals, banquet event orders, rooming lists and client correspondence, inform all departments of event details for groups and/or meetings, coordinate with caterers to service all meetings that request Food and Beverage accommodations, coordinate and assist with client site inspections, reach out to past group and/or meeting clients in hopes to build repeat business, maintain high level of professionalism and customer service to build positive relationships with all corporate and group clients, assist Revenue Manager with all incoming RFPs and update any changes to client accounts using GDS systems, properly store and maintain sensitive information in regards to group and client accounts, update daily Forecast reports and directly handle Month-End reporting.
