During my time at Flowserve's Hastings facility, I completed a variety of projects focusing on continuous improvement and quality assurance using MATLAB, Autodesk Inventor, and Microsoft Excel. Among my summer projects were load analyses on pump discharge heads and the creation of a dynamic GUI.

My position was managed by Research Assistant Professor Eric Matlis at Hessert Laboratory for Aerospace Research at the University of Notre Dame. My work focused on researching the feasibility of roadside wind turbines. In the course of my work, I adapted and created a MATLAB code for wind tunnel mechanism movement, as well as code for data collection, processing, and visualization. I also wrote an abstract and designed a presentation based on preliminary results.

My position was managed by the University Facilities Information department (UFI) at the University of Notre Dame. Using Autodesk AutoCAD, I updated digital records of on-campus floor plans, including the visual layout and square footage of each room in a building. I also performed building inspections to verify office occupancy and space usage, and updated these characteristics in Notre Dame's space data system.
