I started the healthcare industry as a resident aide in an Assisted Living. From there, I got my CNA and worked in Skilled Nursing. I wanted to do more, I got my Medical Assisting certificate and then an Associates. I obtained a QMAP in order to pass medications in group settings, such as a geriatric home or a jail. I obtained a Bachelors's in Healthcare Administration and landed my dream job. Shortly after being brought into my dream job, I started school for my Master's degree in Healthcare Administration. I grew within the company rapidly from MA, to Office Manager of 2 locations, to Buisness Operations Manager. I currently enjoy working for a family owned Assisted Living as their Resource Manager while I continue to grow and learn academically and professionally.
