With emphasis on clear and compelling messaging that emphasizes alignment, connection and non-verbal communication, I work at the intersection of mission and performance with clients in college athletics, start-ups, media, management consulting, financial services, and all areas of public service.For much of my career, I co-led an education advisory firm helping young leaders applying to world-class MBA programs differentiate themselves within highly selective applicant pools. More than 95% of my clients won admission to their first-choice school (usually Harvard Business School). From this experience, as well as work with Ivy League admissions offices, and an early career working on political campaigns, I have recognized the power of communication in all forms to help us align, elevate, and connect.
