In my current role as a Child Support Officer in enforcement, I handle a large caseload and enforce child support orders, which includes case management, drafting legal documentation, monitoring billings, negotiating payment agreements, communicating with clients, and appearing in court for hearings. I also have over three years of experience working for the court system where I performed a variety of case processing work in child support, custody, dissolution, civil, and probate case types. Additionally, I have three years of legal experience working in a law firm setting, and have worked in customer service related roles. I love being able to use my legal education, and customer service experience in the work that I am doing.
