As a Home Health CNA 2, I provide compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. I work closely with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to support patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those with chronic conditions.
